Hosting
Jino
Jino’s terms use daily charges: the account is debited each day for the total cost of connected services. That billing mechanism sits alongside cloud hosting and VPS descriptions, while script resource caps appear in the offer’s terms. For media buyers and site operators, the key distinction is between advertised service scope and the conditions attached to using it.

What daily charging deducts
Jino describes usage-based pricing, but the account debit is made daily for connected services. The provider says customers can build a tariff from needed resources and pay for services and time used; these are vendor descriptions, not independently verified billing performance.
The Jino VPS page lists a public IP at 200 ₽ per month, separate from the general account billing description. For top-ups, Jino lists minimum balances of 249 ₽ for individuals and 3990 ₽ for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
The page lists SBP, internet banks, payment terminals, and Russian-issued Visa, Mastercard, and MIR cards as top-up routes. Jino says account registration is free and that customers receive bonuses for service payments, usable on services or catalog gifts. Check which resource charges apply to a planned configuration before adding funds.
What cloud hosting and VPS provide
Jino describes cloud hosting as website space on a ready-made server, without setup or maintenance, and says it supports common CMSs and frameworks. That is distinct from its VPS offer, which presents virtual servers that customers can configure and change online.
The VPS page lists Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Windows, Arch Linux, and Astra Linux CE as available distributions, and the vendor states that it offers more than 30 ready-made software builds. Jino states that its servers are located in Tier III data centers.
What to ask before registering
Ask which hosting configurations and resources are available for the workload, and how each configuration is priced. In general, a hosting plan’s resource allocation matters because a site’s software and traffic determine what it must run.
Ask where the specific service will run and what backup coverage includes. In general, location choices and backup schedules, retention, and restoration conditions can differ by product, so clarify the terms that apply to the intended service.
If a refund might be needed, ask how to submit the request and how the stated exception is assessed. In general, the refund process and the provider’s criteria affect what a customer needs to document before relying on an exception.
How account charges and service changes work
Jino says an unpaid account operates in demonstration mode for 10 days after first registration, with only some services available. The provider says services activate immediately after connection, while its offer describes daily debits for connected services.
Jino says cloud infrastructure tariffs can be changed without reinstalling or transferring data, and VPS creation and plan changes are available online. The pages also describe automatic balance top-ups configured with a saved bank card.
The provider states that its services run around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Before connecting a workload, check the service-specific billing and change conditions rather than assuming the VPS process applies across the catalog.
Which stated terms add flexibility
The vendor says its management panel puts all services in one interface and states that its control panel is free and developed in-house.
The VPS page says the local network between a customer’s servers runs at 1 Gbit/s, and lists Tier III data centers. Jino also says hosting and mail run in Moscow data centers, while cloud services are available in several regions.
Mail hosting is described as usable in a browser or any mail client, with antivirus, antispam, and message backups. The control panel also supports scheduling and restoring backups. Check which backup terms apply to the particular service before relying on them.
Which caps and exclusions narrow use
The offer gives Jino several grounds to restrict service use, and sets resource limits for scripts.
- Jino says services are blocked when the account balance is zero or negative; only balance top-ups remain allowed.
- The provider says it may block or delete an account if its content contradicts current law.
- The offer prohibits mass unsolicited email and other electronic-message spam sent through Jino’s technical resources.
- The offer caps scripts’ peak CPU use at 10% of total processor capacity and concurrent tasks at 32. It also limits PHP execution to 30 seconds and memory to 128 MB.
- Jino excludes email messages and log files from client-data backups.
- Credited funds are generally non-refundable, except in cases of poor-quality service, according to the offer.
- Support excludes advice on programming, web design, or configuring and optimizing client scripts and programs.
Several details are listed under What we could not confirm.
Which hosting terms to compare
Compare hosting type, resource allocation, service locations, billing basis, backup scope, support routes, and service-use terms. In general, the relevant differences are the ones that affect where a workload runs, how its resources are charged, and what happens when service is interrupted.
For each option, ask which terms apply to the specific product rather than assuming that hosting, virtual servers, and other services share one policy. Check the written terms before committing funds.
Who can work within daily billing
Jino says its services are for private customers, businesses, and government companies. Its public offer covers individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs.
The service may be relevant to buyers who need hosting or related services under a public offer, but that scope alone does not establish suitability for a particular workload. Jino also says it supports electronic document exchange through SBIS and Diadoc via roaming.

What the offer and help pages answer
When does the offer agreement apply?
Jino says its services are governed by an offer agreement accepted when an account is created. The legal page also says using the website constitutes acceptance of its listed terms. These are separate statements, so read the offer and site terms before creating an account.
Can Jino change the terms after they are posted?
Jino says it may change the terms without prior notice, with changes taking effect when posted. The legal page also permits copying information from its FAQ, articles, guides, and journal if an active link to the original is included.
How can a customer contact technical support?
Jino says customers can submit a request through the account control panel, or use a special form if they cannot access the account. Its support and offer pages differ in how they describe response timing: the about page says responses usually do not exceed 48 hours, while the offer says Jino aims to respond within 48 hours where possible but may take longer.
What content and services does Jino exclude?
Jino says it may block or delete accounts whose content contradicts current law, and its offer prohibits mass unsolicited email and other electronic-message spam through its technical resources. The about page also says it does not support resellers, cybersquatters, doorway pages, spam bots, or website rating systems.
What does the help section cover?
Jino says its help section provides guides, articles, and answers to frequently asked questions. The listed subjects include hosting, domains, VPS, email, landing pages, and an online store. These materials describe the provider’s stated help coverage, not a support response for a particular issue.
Which entity does the offer identify as the contractor?
The offer names LLC “Avguro Tekhnolodzhis” as the contracting entity. The about page identifies the same company at a Moscow address. Jino’s legal page says website content, structure, and design belong to Avguro Technologies Ltd.
Are the written terms ready to assess
Fits if… the intended workload stays within the stated script limits and daily account charging suits its billing needs.
Probably not if… the project depends on refund flexibility, broad backup coverage, or support with programming and client-script configuration.
Main risk… the offer combines account-blocking rules with limited refund and backup terms. Read the current offer and get service-specific answers before registering.
